LogLyn · Responsible Use
Responsible Use
How LogLyn should and should not be relied on. This page explains the work-product boundary, the customer’s control of external actions, and the limits of prepared materials.
Human review and approval boundary
LogLyn prepares, repairs, reconciles, and organizes payment-related documents, registers, exception records, and review materials. You verify the facts, approve the work, and take every external action. LogLyn does not sign, certify, submit, send, contact customers or counterparties, or act with authority on your behalf.
Automated-tool limitations
LogLyn may use software tools to help prepare work. Tool output is not authoritative and may be incomplete, incorrect, or based on limited records. Customers are responsible for reviewing all prepared materials and resolving uncertain or conflicting information before approving any action.
Prohibited misuse
Do not use LogLyn-prepared work to commit or facilitate fraud; create false documents or evidence that did not exist; fabricate supporting records; misrepresent facts; impersonate another person or organization; make an unauthorized submission; deceptively alter source material; evade a legal, payment, approval, or access control; or conceal a valid deduction or claim.
Do not provide records you are not authorized to share or ask LogLyn to prepare work intended to mislead a customer, counterparty, reviewer, regulator, court, or other decision-maker.
Outbound communication responsibility
Customers are responsible for every outbound communication, portal action, submission, and other external action based on LogLyn-prepared work. This includes verifying recipients, confirming authority to contact or submit to third parties, and complying with applicable requirements.
No legal advice
LogLyn does not provide legal or contractual advice and does not interpret legal rights, deadlines, or obligations for customers. Nothing in the service, its work products, or its communications is legal advice. Customers should consult qualified counsel for legal questions.
No accounting, tax, or financial advice
LogLyn does not provide accounting, tax, investment, credit, or other financial advice and does not make those decisions for customers. Prepared records, classifications, calculations, and draft materials are work products only and should be reviewed with qualified advisors when professional judgment is required.
No debt-collection service
Payment-document work is not debt collection. LogLyn does not demand or collect payment from counterparties, communicate as a third-party collector, or hold itself out as a collections agency. Customers control their own communications and are responsible for applicable collection and communication requirements.
No lending, factoring, payment processing, or funds custody
LogLyn is not a lender, factoring service, payment processor, credit decision service, or custodian of funds. LogLyn does not advance funds, purchase receivables, make credit decisions, process payments, or hold money for customers or counterparties.
Customer responsibility for data accuracy and contact authority
Customers are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and lawful sharing of records they provide, including amounts, statuses, contact information, and third-party data. Customers are also responsible for having authority to contact, submit to, or otherwise act toward any third party identified in those records.
Customer-uploaded third-party data
Files you share may include information about customers, counterparties, or other third parties. You represent that you have authority to share that information for the agreed work. LogLyn uses it only to perform and support that work and does not contact those third parties on your behalf.
Work limitations and outcome risk
Prepared work may contain errors, omissions, or misclassifications, especially when records are missing or conflict. Customers must independently verify materials before taking action. LogLyn does not promise payment, release of funds, reversal of a deduction, acceptance of a submission, a specific counterparty response, or error-free output.
